How do I get started?

From our website, you can get a free quote, reserve a space online, request more information, or call to speak to a Storage Professional.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government issued ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the secure doors to the storage?

No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

Yes. We sell various moving supplies for your convenience in our office.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

We encourage tenants to bring their own locks at time of move-in; however we also have locks available for purchase.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.

What is the difference between access hours and office hours?

Office hours indicate the presence of a Property Manager who provides in-person customer service, such as accepting payments, answering questions, selling supplies, etc. During access hours, you can use your code to access your storage unit, however a Property Manager may not be on hand to assist you.

What are the hours of operation?

Office Hours: Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm & Sunday closed.
